Aspen

The beautiful Aspen multimedia mag, discovered in ubu a month ago. But can't get my eyes off of it. Published by Phyllis Johnson between 1965 and 1971. Each issue was a different team and each box a new experience. Thinking of contemporary magazines that are valid and inspirational... One is for sure Cabinet with different themes every month and the other is BIDOUN done by a great team Negar, Antonia and Lisa (between others) on art (cinema, music, food, jewelery et all) from the middle east. Keep up the good work guys!

Last year at Santral Istanbul I saw for the first time the marvelous drawings of Turkish surrealist Yüksel Arslan, *1933, that lives and works in Paris.
